Do you have lockers?

We have individual lockers in the dormitory rooms 11 and 12. There is no fee, but a personal lock is required. If you don't have a personal pad lock, you can rent one from the hostel for 3 euros.

Of course, we offer women-only shared dormitory room.

Do you have tubs or showers?

No tubs, but there are showers in rooms.

Can I smoke inside the KOREATOWN hostel?

Accepted Answer

Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vaporizers and hookahs) is prohibited on the entire property. Unfortunately, we must charge you a big fine for infringements to cover the cost of additional cleaning and associated loss of sales.

Can I get towels and bed linen?

All single, double and family rooms come with bed linen and towels. If staying at the dorms, bed linen are provided, but towels have to be rented.

What are the check-in / check-out times?

✓ Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00 (After 22:00 you can have self check-in)
✓ Check-out until 11:00

Is it possible to have a late check-in in the evening?

Guests who have paid their booking in advance can arrive anytime without difficulty, but after 10pm, they can self-check and pick up their keys from the keybox.

Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast, but lunch is included in the price of all rooms except for the bunk-bed dormitories.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at KOREATOWN. However, you can use public parking nearby (eg. at the National Theater).

How do I get to the hostel?

Our address is Spálená 98/31, 110 00 Nové Město. You can reach us by Metro B or by tram. It's a 2-3 minute walk from Národní třída station or Lazarská stop.

Yes, you can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) or cash.

You can store your luggage in our reception from 11am to 10pm. The service is free of charge.

Airport shuttle service is not available at KOREATOWN, but you can reach us in 40 minutes by public transport.

Can I also stay at the KOREATOWN hostel as a teenager?

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old, unless accompanied by an adult.

Can I have my own meals at the hostel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring your own food with you to the hostel, but please use our common area to have meals. No food or drink are allowed in the rooms.
